Dear Colleagues and Community Members,

NAESM, Inc. is pleased to announce the availability of 3-25 scholarships (based on available funding) for participation in the 2023 Biomedical HIV Prevention Summit which will be held at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, Nevada on April 11 and 12. Our scholarships are open to Cisgender and Transgender men who identify as gay, bisexual or same-gender-loving. The Biomedical HIV Prevention Summit will convene more than 1,400 leaders, advocates, and educators to share ideas and learn about new approaches to maximize the use of biomedical HIV prevention methods.

A NAESM 2023 Biomedical HIV Prevention Summit scholarship will cover conference registration, airfare, ground transportation and hotel stay for three nights. Scholarship recipients will also receive a per diem to cover the cost of meals and incidentals (at the federal rate). Please note that scholarship applicants will need to provide proof of vaccination, since the conference organizers have indicated on their FAQ page that only fully vaccinated individuals will be allowed to attend the conference. Fully vaccinated for the Summit means that registrants have received both shots and a booster if the 2nd shot was received more than 6 months prior to the conference.
